Alert: In +AddJust, only surveys that have not yet been started can be deleted.
Can be deleted: Surveys that are created but Not Started.
Cannot be deleted: Surveys that are In Progress or Completed. These remain in the system for record-keeping and cannot be removed.
If you need to remove an In Progress or Completed survey, you will need to contact +AddJust support at support@addjust.io
Tip! There are two main ways to delete surveys:
Delete several surveys at once (bulk )
Delete just one survey at a time (individual )
1. Log in to your +AddJust account using your username and password. click on the Housing module from the dashboard.
If you’ve forgotten your details, click Forgot Password on the login page.
2. At the top of the page, select the Surveys tab.
3. You will now see two sections:
Ongoing Surveys (Not started and In Progress) - these are surveys that are still active or being worked on.
Completed Surveys - these are surveys that have already been finished.
4. Using Filters, If your survey list is long, you can narrow it down by using filters at the top of the screen.
5. You can filter surveys by:
Status (e.g., Not Started, In Progress)
Created Days (when the survey was assigned)
Assigned Surveyor (the person currently assigned)
6. Once you’ve chosen your filter options, the green Show Surveys button will refresh and display only the surveys that match your filter.
Tip! Deleting Surveys in Bulk
7. In the list of surveys, tick the checkbox next to Asset on the top of the asset list. This will automatically select all surveys in the list. Make sure to review the number of surveys you’re about to delete. This can be seen at the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
8. Look at the bottom of the screen and you will see:
How many surveys you selected
Delete button icon (select this)
9. A confirmation window will appear. Review the number of surveys you’re about to delete and if everything looks correct, click Delete. The selected surveys will now be permanently removed from the system.
10. You can select one or several surveys at the same time by ticking the checkbox next to each asset address you want to delete.

11. Using the Action Menu. Locate the survey you want to remove. On the far right-hand side of the survey row, click the three dots (...)
12. A small menu will appear. Select Delete Survey.
13. A confirmation window will pop up. Click Delete to complete the process.
Tip! Delete a survey from Asset detail
14. To delete a survey from Asset details. Click on the asset address in the survey list
15. The asset detail page will open. Next to address, click the trash icon
16. A confirmation window will appear to confirm, click Delete to finish
Tip: - Deleting is permanent : once a survey is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Be absolutely sure before you confirm.
Check before deleting : especially if you’re working in bulk, double-check that you have selected the correct surveys.
Completed & In Progress surveys cannot be deleted : only Not Started surveys can be removed.
