Tip: When finalising a survey offline, do not log out of the application until you have connected to WI-FI and completed the upload of images/progress.
Note that data gathered while offline will not appear on the desktop version of +AddJust until the device used to survey while offline has been connected to the internet and given the opportunity to upload data.
1. When logged into your +AddJust account on your tablet, click ''Surveys''.
2. Here you can view a list of your assigned surveys. Surveys will be marked as Not started, In Progress or Completed.
Tap on the asset to either start a new survey or continue an in-progress one.
3. On the survey page, click the green ''Commence Inspection'' button.
4. A pop up confirmation window will appear. Click the ''Commence Inspection'' button to begin
5. The first page you will enter is your ''Survey Details'' page. Here will list the details of the property to be surveyed. To move to the first survey item, you can either tap the Next Item button in the top right corner or select an item directly from the list in the left-hand panel
6. Once you have completed each section, click on the next section and complete each area adding photos and notes if required.
Tip! Your organisation may have specific standards for adding photos and notes. Please follow your internal guidelines, especially for sections that require action items
7. When you are finished with the survey, click on the last section ''Review & Finalise''. The system will check for completeness. If any sections are incomplete, you will receive a warning listing the items that need attention. Go back and complete them.
8. If all sections are correctly completed, you can click the green ''Finalise Inspection'' Button.
9. You will be presented with a disclaimer. Please read it thoroughly and click Continue to proceed.
10. A signature box will appear. Enter your signature directly onto your device's screen.
11. Once you have entered your signature, click on the orange ''Finalise'' button.
12. You can now see that the survey is completed and click the Back button (<) in the top left corner to return to your list of surveys.
