We are very excited to report on the key improvements delivered during the month of August for survey and asset filtering, as well as camera functionality.

Surveys

In Progress Surveys: Visibility of Outdated Survey Templates
Users can now identify where incomplete surveys are on older superseded template. This can help ensure that surveyors are availing of the improvements contained in the latest versions of the survey template. Sometimes it might be better to start afresh on the latest template, and this functionality helps users identify where that may be the case. This new feature includes:

  • A warning displaying the total number of incomplete surveys on older templates

  • A badge next to each affected asset in the survey table

  • A filtered view to display all in-progress surveys on outdated templates

Bulk and Individual Survey Actions

Survey administration has been made more efficient with new action options:

  • reassign surveys to surveyors individually or in bulk; and

  • delete surveys individually or in bulk.

These tools streamline survey updates and maintenance across large datasets.

Asset Filtering Improvements

The Filter Assets modal has been fully refreshed for easier navigation and improved precision. The filter options are now incredibly powerful and offer fantastic insight capability. The asset filter modal now includes the following improvements:

  • asset categories have been expanded to include house, apartment, duplex, mobile, bay, demountable and unknown;

  • asset Subcategory (bungalow, townhouse, studio etc), Attachment Style (such as detached, semi-detached, end terrace), and Floor (1st, 2nd etc) filters are selectively displayed when relevant to prior selections; and

  • the ability to filter by number of bedroom or storeys that they contain, their built year, the presence of a dormer, or accessibility adaptations.

Additionally, a Selected Filters section is now at the top of the filter modal where users can easily review and remove their active search filters. A handy Clear All button for quick reset is also now present at the bottom of the filter modal.

These enhancements make exploring and refining your asset data smoother than ever.

Mobile App: Camera Enhancements

The mobile app’s camera module has been upgraded for a faster and improved photo capture experience. As well as the speed enhancements, we have introduced

  • tap to focus for sharper images; and

  • pinch to zoom to make it easier to get photos of those hard to reach places.

These improvements make it easier and faster than ever to capture high-quality images on-site.

We continue to strive to evolve and improve, and your feedback helps to support those efforts. If you have any questions, feedback, or require support, please contact support@addjust.io or use the chat function within the app.
