Edit completed survey content

How to update the content of completed surveys. Modify survey data, add notes, and upload photos on previously surveyed assets.

Tip!

This function is only available on desktop for users with the “Manage Assets” permission. It is also only available for assets with an existing finalised survey.

1. Log in to the +AddJust homepage on your desktop and select the Housing module.

2. Click on an asset where you want to edit or update a completed survey.

3. From the menu under the asset’s address, click on “Survey Data.” This will take you to the survey items associated with that asset.

4. Select the survey item you want to edit by clicking the arrow icon. For example, if you select the driveway, a pop-up window will appear on the right side.

5. Click “Edit.” A new page will open with the survey details, where you can make changes.

6. For example, you can update the life expectancy status to “Very Poor,” set the action to “Repair,”

7. Mark it as an emergency. Fill in any necessary information as needed.

8. You can also add / edit the note to provide additional details for other users. This helps ensure that others have clear and detailed information.

9. Once you are satisfied with your modifications, click the green “Save Changes” button at the bottom. All changes will be saved automatically.

10. You can also upload photos from your desktop library to support your survey updates.

11. To review the changes made, click on “History.”

12. This section displays the modification date and details of all updates made by users.

13. When you have completed your updates, click the “X” at the top to close the window.

14. On this page. you can view the updated survey details
