This month, we’ve introduced significant updates across the PRI and Housing modules, improved the mobile experience, and added new data export and reporting tools, all designed to streamline your workflow and provide deeper insights.
Housing Module Updates
Survey Data Visibility Enhancements
We’ve enhanced the Life Expectancy and Action detail on the Survey Data tab to now show year bands and repair levels, giving you a more complete view of your asset information.
Mobile App Updates (iOS & Android)
Camera & Storage Improvements
Improved camera performance with asynchronous photo saving and smaller image sizes.
Added manual flash controls: always on, off, or auto.
Automation of Survey Action Selections
When selecting a Life Expectancy value of Excellent, Very Good, or Good, the system will now automatically pre-select No Action, saving time on inspections.
