1. To disable your daily email notifications, first log in to your account and go to profile in the top right corner of the page.
2. From the dropdown menu , select "My Account".
3. Scroll down to the notifications section and untick the options for the notifications/ emails you wish to stop receiving. If you wish to re-enable this at any stage, you can follow this process again.
