Tip: The costs are divided into four categories:

  • Cyclical Maintenance (green) – Regular maintenance tasks that occur on a set schedule.

  • Preventative Maintenance (blue) – Maintenance to prevent deterioration and costly repairs.

  • Replacements (orange) – Costs associated with replacing an asset when it reaches the end of its lifecycle.

  • Repairs (purple) – Costs for fixing issues as they arise.

6. Once an asset is selected, the center of the screen will display a bar chart showing projected costs for the next 30 years.

7. By default, the chart displays all categories together. To view only a specific category, click on the corresponding tab at the top of the chart.

8. Click "Preventative Maintenance" (blue) – Maintenance to prevent deterioration and costly repairs.

Adjusting the timeframe allows you to see cost projections over shorter or longer periods.

9. To Adjusting the Timeframe, in the top right corner of the screen, you will see the timeframe set to 30 years. Click on this setting to choose a different timeframe from the available options.
